    Overview:

    How do you communicate a vibrant, youthful image for a leading Arts College in Singapore with content and a user path that is dedicated to helping them find the right course of study?

    We did this methodically, by first conducting a series of workshops to identify the needs, use cases and expectations of the various stakeholders. Starting with prospective students, to the existing student body, to the Heads of Departments and Administrators at NAFA. That was followed by intense site re-architecturing and aggregating course information to chart out the most intuitive pathways for Students to find what they were looking for, and apply for their desired course of study.

    The visual design is clean, fresh and youthful. The content strategy includes integrated social media feeds so that current students get to participate by sharing content on the website, as well as videos and other visual content to bring the arts college to live to prospective and existing students.

  • NTUC Income Orange Eye Mobile App

    Overview:

    Orange Eye, a first of its kind mobile application, is a smart, save driving app which aims to encourage drivers to submit video footage in the event of an accident.

    Voted App of the Month by T3 Magazine.

    Turn your phone into an in-car camera:

    Choose from recording options of 2 or 4 minute loops and use your phone as a portable in-car camera.

    When the journey ends, you will have a record of the last 2 or 4 minutes of the trip. If you enable GPS before recording, Orange Eye will indicate your start and end points and map the route taken as well.

    Pre-set contacts for emergency notification.

    Notify your emergency contact and loved ones using the pre-set speed dial buttons in the event of an accident. You can enable auto-detection to trigger this feature upon sudden impact. Video recording will continue for 60 seconds to ensure important evidence is captured.

    Know what to do in an accident.

    Get familiar with the steps to take in the event of an accident. If you are an NTUC Income policyholder, you can obtain additional information regarding third party claims and vehicle repair for classic and premium plans as well.

    Save all important information for each journey.

    View recordings in the Orange Eye gallery and share them on Facebook, Whatsapp, YouTube and Email. Each video includes a watermark for date & time, start and end locations and average speed.

    NTUC Income Motor Insurance policyholders can submit footages directly to NTUC Income via Orange Eye for claims.

  • Mount Elizabeth Hospital – Website Revamp

    Overview:

    We were tasked to undertake the revamp of Mount Elizabeth hospital from the ground up with a clear focus on User Experience.

    What followed was a month of intense online research, one-on-one surveys and focus groups to understand how patients (both local and overseas), doctors and other medical professionals used the site to ink out the user journeys of the different personas.

    The first phase of the revamp is now complete, and the fully loaded site with enhanced features will be revealed shortly.

  • EMC China’s NAS Storage Campaign

    Overview:
    Unstructured data access and usage has been growing exponentially and the objective of this campaign was to generate demand for Isilon, a scale-out network attached storage (NAS) platform that offers scalability and ease of management.

    Solution:
    This is a teaser flash game hosted on a microsite which lets Users test their skills to encourage understanding of the product and stand a chance to win an iPad mini. The second phase of the campaign will culminate in a webinar.

    Overview:
    We were tasked to produce a simple 8 seconds trailer as a tag-on to Visa's PayWave commercial to promote the message that Citibank credit cards come with up to 10% rebate for supermarket shopping.

    Because time was of the essence, we kept the visual singularly focused on a grocery bag and use copy to bring the message alive.

    Conceived, written, storyboarded, produced and edited in 5 days, we are proud to have come out relatively unscathed.

  • CapitaMalls Asia Christmas iPhone App

    Overview:
    To promote Christmas shopping, we are proud to have collaborated with one of the largest mall operators in Asia, CapitaMalls Asia to create a Christmas iPhone App which is the ideal Christmas shopping assistant that helps you setup a wishlist, share it with friends, create a shopping list and plan your shopping trip to the mall.

    To make the shopping experience easier, there were also Blogger recommendations on the best gifts for different.

    Results:
    Over 1,000 downloads during a short shopping month and increased foot traffic to all major mall destinations.

    The site, designed in both English and Chinese is a first of its kind for the fashion industry, allows users to input their length of stay, explore the different brands that Club 21 carries in Singapore, study where the stores are located on Google Maps, before adding them to a fully customizable day-by-day itinerary.

  • Brands EuroCup 2012 Facebook Campaign

    Overview:
    Brand's range of beverages is known for their health benefits from using natural ingredients. The Client's brief was to build engagement with FB fans during the Euro Cup season.

    We developed a Football Manager game where Users would guess the outcome of the Game played the same night. Using a combination of Polls, and the News Feed to generate conversations, the month long campaign generated.

    No. of fans growth: 2,220
    No. of participants: 1,564
    No. of clicks of app: 25,893
    Average Time Spending: 3m11s
    No. of people who saw the page post: 119,026
    No. of impression of the page post: 338,553
    No. of engaged users (including comment, like and share): 5,601

  • SWIPE Facebook Campaign

    Overview:
    Swipe is a brand of home cleaning products. The client wanted to raise awareness of the brand in HK.

    A Facebook App was launched during Mother's Day.

    Users were encouraged to thank and celebrate Moms by uploading favourite pictures of Mom onto the Facebook App with a personal message, and win exciting prizes through an online vote of the Best picture.

    Results:
    Over 1,000 fans were generated within 2 weeks of campaign launch. Almost 6,000 fans generated to date.

  • Citibank Clear 24.7 Facebook App Video

    Overview:
    The Clear 24.7 Facebook app requires users to download the app, check into special merchant locations that have great deals, share these deals, vote for them, and make them "cool". Each interaction is rewarded with points, and the points helps the User climb the social ladder. The user with the most points will be crowned the Social-A-Lister, and stand a chance to win a grand party.

    The video brings to life the entire concept of the App, delivering its use and functionality in a fun, upbeat, graphic style.

  • Reebonz "The Price is Right" Facebook Campaign

    Overview:
    Reebonz is an online luxury fashion retailer. Client's brief was to conceive a Facebook campaign to help generate new fans and build a customer database.

    Agency proposed a "Guess the Prize" campaign which features a mystery gift everyday. This event was broadcast "LIVE" everyday, and participants logged in via Facebook to submit their guess.

    Results:
    Over 1,000 guesses submitted and 600 new fans acquired within 1 week.

To bring across all the varied aspects of the CapitaStar Rewards Programme including the tenant shops, what they offer, the earning and redemption process, the promotions and latest offers etc, we utilised a Tile Design (a la Pinterest) to allow the User to see all the information within as few clicks as possible.

    A fully loaded eCommerce site which allows Users to register, view a wide selection of fashion, share magazine editorials on the season's latest trends, enter promotion codes for special preview sales etc, Shop The Mag has been making waves in the international fashion retail scene.

  • Rock it Out Cards Facebook App

    Overview:
    A Facebook app that plays on our reputation as Rock Stars of the Internet, intended for clients (and other users) to design an e-greeting with a customizable Rock Star avatar.

    Rock it out Cards allowed users to design their Rock Star alter ego by customizing their avatar's face, clothing, accessories, gestures, and a personalized message. A photo album would be automatically created to aid visibility, and an email function provided an additional avenue to unleash their Rock it out Card beyond Facebook.

    Results:
    The app helped our company foster relationships with our clients, alongside our regional partner offices and their clients as well. It was also a fine showcase of our design and tech-savvy edge, resulting in several new Facebook development projects.

    We were tasked to create a mobile site for the revamp of the Citibank Clear Platinum Clear card product.

    Overview:
    We were tasked to design and build a slick, intuitive and easy to use, iPad application that revolutionizes the way Direct Sales Staff attract, present and pitch to customers the suite of Citibank Credit Cards to improve conversions.

    With built-in features like a Product Recommender; Product Comparison Tool and Calculator to help Customesr see the Rewards and Savings they can enjoy with their monthly expenditures.

  • Volvo C30 Express Yourself Microsite

    Overview:
    An online-only launch of the Volvo C30, a new 'hot hatch' targeted at yuppies and affluent young professionals - a segment traditionally outside of Volvo's established customer base. The campaign aimed to drive visitors to the Volvo showroom as well as generate requests for test drives.

    Leveraging on Volvo's European TV campaign entitled Love It. Hate It. Express Yourself. To generate discussion, we built a website designed to get people talking. Visitors to the site were encouraged to record on video and upload to the site their comments about the C30. These were then posted completely raw and unedited. They could then participate in the discussion through polls, forums, and vote for their favourite videos, as well as to refer friends to the site. In return, they were offered a chance to own the car for a weekend.

    Results:

    • Achieved 30% of the annual sales target within 3 weeks of site launch.
    • Microsite contributed 25% of all traffic to the Volvo showroom during the campaign period with no other offline support.
    • Microsite attracted more traffic than the main Volvo Singapore website (Hitwise Traffic Analysis, March 2007).
    • A total of 330 requests for test drives, brochures, and instant messaging requests, correlating well with the number of showroom visits generated.
